From our stockist & manufacturing supply base we can source all requirements from standard valves to bespoke valve / actuator packages. We can provide tailored procurement solutions ranging from one-offs to large scale projects. Our independence and knowledge of the market allows us to advise and source the most suitable package based on commercial, delivery & technical considerations.

Our supply resource is enhanced by our in-house machining, welding facility allowing us to provide valve upgrades such as corrosion resistant weld cladding & seal technology conversion (i.e. soft to metal seating). Modifications include valve end conversion (e.g. flanged to hub connection, raised face to RTJ) & operator modification (e.g. lever to gearbox)

We provide a comprehensive range of in-house testing services including:

hydrostatic & gas pressure testing (up to 25,000 psig)
valve & actuator assembly performance testing
cryogenic testing
fully equipped enclosed relief valve test bay
mobile flushing test rig: 15,000psi / 17 litre per min capacity
