Welding Development:
- Weld procedure and welder qualification services to support businesses and individuals in complying with project specifications
- Preparation of weld procedure and welder qualification documentation
- Technical review of designs and specifications at enquiry stage to identify potential weld procedure and welder qualification requirements

Inspection Services:
Our Inspection Services department provides our customer base with a range of non-destructive inspection options. In addition, we also provide a Borescope Inspection Service that includes the provision of high definition images and video.
Our suite of Inspection Equipment includes the following:
- Borescope Inspection – Our XLG3 VideoProbe system brings advanced capabilities to decrease the amount of time spent on inspection and increase productivity. Offering a wide spectrum of features designed to make inspections easier, the XLG3 VideoProbe system is flexible, portable and versatile so we can speed up inspection time on site or at our facility. Applications for the use of the borescope include: Small Bore Tubing (from 8mm I.D.), Piping, Manifolds, flowlines & B.O.P.’s.
- Positive Material Inspection – Our Niton XL2 is the ideal instrument to analyse metal alloys for final product Quality Control. The Niton XL2 provides immediate non-destructive analysis of alloy materials from titanium to nickel, as well as achieving superior performance for trace element analysis.
- Feritte Inspection & Measurement – Our FERITSCOPE® FMP30 with plug-in type smart probe is suited for fast, non-destructive and accurate measurement of ferrite content in austenitic steel welds (of tubing etc.), austenitic chrome alloy steel welded cladding & duplex steel.
- Hardness Testing – Our Krautkramer MIC 10 which utilises the UCI method (Ultrasonic Contact Impedance) is compact and portable that enables quick and easy measurement. The small narrow probe enables us to take readings on positions dificult to access.
