7. Users’ details may be transferred to another L&N company or to the new owner if ownership of L&N changes.

9. Whenever a user requests a page, username, IP address, browser and version and operating system are stored in a log file. This information is only used for statistical purposes to help improve this site and provide accurate statistics in the form of aggregated data.

Whilst we strive to protect user’s personal information, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure and thus L&N cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information it may process as part of the site. 11. L&N reserves the right to update and change this Privacy Policy at any time. However, L&N will not use information submitted by a user under this current notice in a way not currently described herein without also notifying the user of such change, and giving the user an opportunity to opt-out, or otherwise prevent that new use of your information.
