Over the past 20 years our company has built a strong reputation for manufacturing excellence in the subsea sector within the UK and across the globe by remaining true to our company core values, and by utilising our dedicated engineering and technical departments to facilitate continual process developments.
By utilising our engineering design expertise, L&N strive to ensure that design to manufacture principles are implemented to streamline manufacturing processes, and maximise any project cost-out opportunities available.
Plant & Facilities
To allow L&N to deliver high integrity products to our client’s, on-time and within project budgetary constraints, our purpose built facility houses the latest advances in specialised manufacturing equipment.
With a highly experienced team encompassing design functions, engineering trades and specialist support to ensure the highest levels of quality are maintained, and that maximum value is added to our product during manufacture.
QHSE
Operating in accordance with industry best practises ensures the health, safety and wellbeing of L&N Scotland personnel, with QHSE being of paramount importance to the company.
Through our dedicated QHSE management program and quality management system, we have developed effective and proactive quality management processes and procedures in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2015. In addition, our dedicated weld engineering and technical department have facilitated and maintained our accreditation to BS EN ISO 3834-2 (comprehensive quality levels). Specialising in flow line spool manufacture, thorough technical and commercial planning is a key focus for our skilled workforce, with all aspects of our manufacturing processes being stringently controlled from goods receipt and storage and handling, to fabrication and production.
